I was really surprised the phone system still worked. It may work for you. I have used I'll try reinstall and and activate using your link. I tried the shorter version, dropping all the AccountID and appID and such, but it wouldn't go through. The link is the same thing you would get if you called the Microsoft activation line and accepted a text from Microsoft to your smartphone, so you could get the activation code on your smartphone by typing instead of reading each digit, then having each digit of the activation code read back to you.
