Bad Advice. PS4's updating system is a joke compared to to Xbox or even PC. With each update, its copying the whole game, which takes forever. And if you don't have enough space, well you gotta delete a game. I really hope they get rid of this feature on the PS5. Its one of the reasons why i barely touch my PS4, because i have to constantly wait until the updates are done. As for OP, the only way to stop it, is to cancel it yourself. You know it takes literally 3 seconds to pause the download, right?
